As I write this article, I am watching a plot of land in front of my residence being cleared of wild growth. This plot of land is cleared to shape it into a beautiful community park. The subject plot has been lying unattended for a long time, leading to the growth of wild grass and bushes. The team involved in clearing the plot is struggling a lot to get the job done.

In the last post, I  narrated how a book changed my thinking upside down. The book was “Rich Dad Poor Dad”.  Main theme of the book was financial success, but it also emphasized the need of personal growth and self improvement in order to achieve the financial goals and increase productivity. Acres of diamonds !

One of the stories that profoundly affected me is the "acres of diamond" by Dr. Russell Herman Conwell. He was a lawyer, then he became a newspaper editor and finally a clergyman.

One day few poor students approached him for private tuition's, as they couldn't afford the tuition fees. An idea began to form in Dr. Conwell's mind.
